MOVE WITH INTENTION
Born from the experiences in my life and football career, WeMove is about following our passions, becoming the people that we dream of being, and trusting that progress comes through consistency. Whether it’s through mentorship, mindset tools, or storytelling, everything we do is rooted in growth, discipline, and helping others in the pursuit of their passions on and off the field. Our journey is now. Let’s move forward together.
Meet Miles Lyons
Pro Footballer. Creator of WeMove.
Miles strives to be more than just an athlete. He is someone who pushes through setbacks, has struggled with finding an identity outside of football, and confronts doubt. From being looked past throughout his early career to signing his first pro deal, his journey is about trusting the work you put in, enjoying the process of getting better, and realizing the impact we can have on others. Through WeMove, he’s turning that mindset into something bigger by helping others pursue their passions, build discipline, and grow confidence through storytelling, mentorship, and real-life tools.

Our Training Philosophy
Value The Process
Stack Days—Constant Improvement is the goal
Progress is a result of our daily actions. It comes from consistently doing the right things, no matter how small. Every detail matters. We focus on the habits you build whether it’s journaling, prehab, mental resets, or showing up when motivation is low, this is about building a foundation that lasts.
Mindset First, Always
Every habit begins with a trained thought
Our mindset controls how we respond to failure, success, and everything in between. We dive deep into mental habits, self-talk, confidence, and staying grounded no matter what is thrown at us. This isn’t just about performance, it’s about who we become along the way.
Train your mind before anything else
